At Cross Stitch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
